Yes. Our team works with patients from across the United States and even internationally. The practice is located in Naperville, Illinois. You will need to arrange travel to be seen in person for the initial exam at Simply Health Institute. For subsequent visits, we can connect remotely through our secure video conferencing with screen share capability.

Dr. Rajka offers various online education programs that will give you the tools and guidance you need as you navigate imbalances, weight loss, fatigue, chronic illness, and environmental wellness. While 1:1 care is individualized, group programs can be even more impactful for most all. That is why Dr. Rajka is excited to launch even more offerings in the coming year. * These programs do not constitute a doctor/patient relationship.

No. Simply Health Institute is consultative practice and we ask that you maintain a primary care physician.

In addition to traditional blood work, Dr Rajka may order Functional lab testing performed via urine, stool, saliva, and/or blood. This Functional testing evaluates health on a cellular level to help determine the root cause(s) of your health challenges.

Outside of blood work, most of the lab testing can be performed from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

We are committed to providing you with the most affordable care possible. Simply Health Institute has made special arrangements with all of our lab vendors to provide you with direct lab pricing for tests not covered by insurance. On average, you should budget between $600 – $1,500 for functional medicine lab testing.

Yes, they are available at all times in the patient portal. Dr. Rajka delivers a comprehensive lab video interpretation before the second visit. This is to ensure you fully understand how your body is functioning.

We believe that an informed patient gets much better long-term outcomes and becomes an active participant in their wellness.

Due to our nutrient depleted soil, our diets are unfortunately lacking. This is true for all diet types, even organic and whole foodies alike. At Simply Health, supplements are personalized specifically to fill in your nutrient and mineral gaps. Quality is important, all are not created equal. We recommend only 3rd party tested supplements which are of the highest quality.

You may expect to have a wider range of supplementing to start that is further paired down as the root causes are all addressed. While supplementation is important, it is not a magic pill. A full mind body approach is crucial for long term healing.

We are not contracted with any insurance company and do not bill your insurance. We do, however, provide superbills for you to send to your insurance for reimbursement.

We accept cash, check, major credit, and debit cards. We also offer a credit option with 0% financing. 6-12 month interest free financing is available through Advance Care.

Absolutely. While we resonate highly with women and tend to see more in the practice, the programs are just as effective for men.

Family members are welcome. Support of your close community propels long-term success and grows your relationship closer. To care for yourself and be in unity, and to set an example is the greatest gift you can give future generations. We believe in it so much we offer a $500 credit for each family member.

After 6 months, you will graduate to the maintenance phase. You will have follow-up visits at a frequency that matches your underlying metabolic/hormonal/gastrointestinal/etc issues.. During this period, the fee structure is pay per visit PLUS a small monthly membership. The programs are designed to provide you the tools and support to optimize your health, healing takes time and continued commitment.
